Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS)

IISS is a vital service that provides one-on-one support to individuals with autism to help them reach developmental and behavioral goals at home and in the community.

At Roncare Services, our IISS team builds trust, structure, and confidence through consistent interaction and evidence-based strategies.

Services include:
- Daily living skills training
- Behavior support and coping strategies
- Community integration activities
- Communication and social development

Goals we focus on:
- Building independence

- Supporting family and school routines

We develop a customized care plan with families, therapists, and case managers, ensuring your child gets support that’s relevant, respectful, and empowering.

Respite Care

Caring for a loved one with autism is a full-time commitment. At Roncare Services, our Respite Care program gives families the opportunity to rest, recharge, and attend to other responsibilities — while knowing their child is in capable and caring hands.

Our respite providers are trained to offer short-term care in a safe, supportive environment. We maintain consistency with your child’s routine and work closely with families to ensure continuity and comfort.
